Shipping Origin
Lucid Aero ships from our fulfillment partner in Kirkland, Washington to customers throughout the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Drum Buffer orders: Free shipping on every order containing a Lucid Aero Compact Drum Buffer.
- Buffing Sleeves — 3 or more: Free shipping.
- Buffing Sleeves — 1 or 2: $6.95 flat (USPS First Class).
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on cart contents.
Carriers and Transit Time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground from Kirkland, WA. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking information is emailed when your order is packaged and handed to the carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lucid-aero.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace the affected items.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned to us due to undeliverable or incorrect addresses are subject to re-shipment fees.
