Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
Lucid Aero supplies professional-grade pneumatic tools and accessories for commercial and industrial use. Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only when:
- Return request submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Item is unused, unmodified, and undamaged
- Item returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Item has not been installed, operated, lubricated, or connected to air supply
Products that show signs of use, wear, contamination, or installation are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items:
- Used or operated tools
- Buffing pads, polishing pads, or consumable accessories once removed from packaging
- Custom, special-order, or modified products
- Clearance or closeout items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper setup, contamination, or improper air supply
4. Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior authorization.
Contact support@lucid-aero.com with:
- Order number
- Items requested for return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if requested)
Approved requests receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items must use tracked and insured shipping
- Lucid Aero not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
6. Inspection & Refunds
Upon receipt, all items are inspected.
If approved:
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing within 5–10 business days after inspection
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
Denied returns will be returned to customer at their expense.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective arrivals:
- Notify within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of packaging, label, and item
- Do not operate the tool
Lucid Aero will repair, replace, or refund defective items per warranty terms. Damage from improper use, contamination, incorrect air pressure, or unauthorized repair is excluded.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting Lucid Aero immediately. Shipped orders must follow the return process.
9. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact Lucid Aero to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may restrict accounts and deny future orders.
10. No Refunds for Improper Use
Lucid Aero is not responsible for dissatisfaction from:
- Improper setup or operation
- Use outside intended purpose
- Non-approved accessories
- Insufficient or improper air supply
11. Governing Law
Policy governed by United States law and the State designated in Lucid Aero's Terms of Service.
